Jesus warns his narrow road followers in Matthew 7:15-16 that the main way Satan tries to deceive them is through false prophets. He says, “Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep but are really vicious wolves. You can identify them by their fruit, that is, by the way they act.”
To discern is to perceive with the eyes and detect or distinguish, but a gullible person is easily deceived or duped. That is why God warns us in 1 Thessalonians 5:21 to, “Test all things; hold fast what is good.”
In the next four episodes Randy will give grave warnings of The Great Deception Epidemic that has swept the world leaving the gullible spiritually diseased and broken.
Next time, Randy will continue with part two of The Great Deception Pandemic, and he will focus on the contagious deceptions of the disapproved “super apostles”.
